Review customer contracts for compliance with company policy and revenue recognition accounting standards (SOP 97-2, 98-9 and 81-1). Perform written analysis of all significant and/or unusual contracts, including technical accounting literature supporting conclusions reached. Supervise team of 2-3 accountants during month end close and ensure all reconciliations completed timely.
