Responsibilities will include developing a Risk Plan for the Program which will act as a guide for all Program risk work. This plan will identify the Program's approach to managing risk and establish the process and the formats to be used. Any statistical analysis methods that are required by the Program will also be identified in the plan. The Risk Manager will be responsible for facilitating risk management workshop sessions that primarily involve identification of risks, establishment of risk likelihoods and consequences and development of risk mitigation strategies.
