Preparation and coordination of SEC quarterly and annual reports on Forms 10Q and 10K, including financial statements, footnotes, Management's Discussions and Analysis and all financial press releases. Preparation and coordination of filings related to other Registration Statements including, Form 8-Ks and Schedule 14A, and coordination with outside accountants and attorneys, research of filing requirements, and gathering and coordinating information flow.
