Participate in various aspects of securitization transactions with primary focus on detailed review and negotiation of legal documentation and disclosure. Work with outside counsel and internal management to ensure that documentation properly reflects the terms of transactions and meet disclosure requirements. Provide supporting documentation, analytical support and manage data for charge off sales or any other sales to third parties.
