This position provides the opportunity to build a successful state and local taxation practice from ground up. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge in the following areas: multi-state income tax knowledge including, but not limited to, unity, apportionment and state tax provisions. The following areas of knowledge are also desired: state tax audits and controversy, incentives and credits, and transactional taxes including sales/use and property taxes.
