Reporting to the CAO, the Director has overall responsibility for corporate tax strategy and planning as well as treasury activates for a leading publicly held software company. Manage a team and maintain a world-class tax organization focused on the minimization of tax liability through the creation, assessment, recommendation and implementation of tax strategies based on research, analysis, and interpretation of complex tax laws, rules and regulations.
