The Director of Tax oversees the tax functions within the Company including but not limited to tax, compliance, research, tax implications relating to financial statements and audit, and financial reporting requirements. The Director should hold expertise and knowledge relating to FAS109, FAS 123R, FIN48, R&D credit, and federal and state tax laws.
