Job Description:

Identify and maximize/minimize tax opportunities and risks. Perform tax planning projects and propose recommendations to management. Perform income tax accounting functions (i.e., FASB 109, FIN48, and reserve analysis) for US consolidated group. Manage and direct all non-income tax, (i.e, sales, property, business license tax) functions for US and Canada for Media's US Group.
