Responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of capital markets and treasury operations, including cash management, banking, capital structure strategy, interest rate risk management, unsecured bond offerings, equity and preferred stock transactions, secured financing, syndicated bank facilities, and working with insurance and risk management.
