Responsible for directing complex underwriting quality analysis projects. Determines areas for improvement based on results and communicates results to senior management in a professional manner. Ensure recommendations resulting from Underwriting Quality analyses are addressed, including incorporation into Business Unit plans, quantification, prioritization and implementation. Ensure recommendations are meaningful and are implemented to add value to the organization.
