As such, this position, in close coordination with executive management, is responsible for the development and implementation of the annual operating and capital budgets for the overall university, and in addition, will provide consultation and appropriate financial information and analyses to key university administrators as well as provide input to the university's operating budget model, periodic budget versus actual analyses, space and facilities planning, and debt financing.
