You will be responsible for and have oversight of the entire Accounting, Finance, Treasury, M & A, Budgeting/Forecasting function for the Bank Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Immediate special projects throughout the organization will include improvement and ownership of: Financial Reporting, SOX 404 Implementation of Testing & Controls, SEC Reporting, M & A, ALM, and countless other directives within the organization. The position reports directly to the President/CEO.
