The European Business Director manages, plans and evaluates activities of all major contracts with European regional accounts insuring that proper communication and account management support is provided. Recruit, hire, manage and develop sales team that will consistently meet European sales forecasts and objectives. Participates in the development of effective distribution and inventory systems and procedures to service key accounts.
