Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions including financial administration, staff supervision, and substantial public relations. Community, property, and/or city management background is desirable. In addition, a four-year accredited college degree in business, public administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, is required.
