Develop and implement growth strategies, including identifying and assessing opportunities, designing new course products, conducting ongoing customer dialog and market research, and analyzing the competitive environment. Oversee the coordination of the development, maintenance, and release of over 300 continuing professional education (CPE) courses. Supervises Technical Editors and other staff in the development and production of training courses, conference materials and instructor led instructor and participant manuals. Performs technical reviews of CPE courses.
