Prepares and files company's GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures, including quarterly Form 10-Qs, annual Form 10-K, and financial portions of other SEC/government filings. Advises company's senior management on new accounting issues and proper recording of company's financial transactions and ensures that all accounting transactions are executed and documented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
