The Manager, External Reporting will hold responsibilities surrounding preparation of financial statements and disclosures for inclusion in 10-Q's and 10-K filings, research technical accounting matters, review and update of internal documentation related to key financial reporting processes and controls as part of management's annual assessment of internal control.
