The Federal Financial Management SME position is responsible for provide guidance to the teams assigned to review the solution functional requirements, conduct the gap analysis, define and evaluate alternatives not accommodated by the AMS Momentum COTS Solution, and to develop the to-be process flows. The individual will be responsible for transforming the detailed defined requirements into complete detailed specifications for the system to guide the work of the development phase.
