Establish the International retail finance function in New York: understand key retail development priorities; develop a game plan to attack key priorities; organize the team so that key deliverables are met; and develop a grasp of key financial metrics of the International retail businesses. Partner with Greater China (GC) management and the VP Finance International to ensure the proper set up of the GC finance organization, financial processes and financial systems.
