Working with Accounting Supervisor, provide oversight of Project Accountants, and related finance staff, comprising a team of 7 finance professionals. Oversee billing and fee management, and ensure all financial activities are consistent with firm's policies and procedures. Closely manage Accounts Receivables, billing and productivity projections. Work closely with Principals and Project Managers to ensure alignment with Finance staff and Project Mangers, and to ensure accurate and timely project accounting.
