Facilitate the development of a global Toy line profitability plan (including recommended price points, gross margins, marketing investment and operating margins) for each assigned brand over a 3 year period. Provide global direction for pricing, based on the brand strategy and profitability targets. Assist in preparation and review of global advertising plans , including media, commercial production and TV programming.
