- Oversees the development of market, business opportunity and product line analyses to meet business needs. - Schedules, organizes, and implements the annual budget process, including the preparation of more complex seminars, guidelines, and worksheets for departments to support the short and long term planning and budget process for the core business. - Evaluates Return on Investment (ROI)/Earned Value (EV) to assist in financial analysis and planning and make recommendations, as appropriate.
