Overall management of Finance department. Responsible for management of all finance functions which include treasury, taxation, costing budgeting, accounting, forecasting and performance analysis, financial reporting, etc. Ensure effective financial controllership, corporate governance, internal control and achievement of financial objectives. Provide accurate and timely financial and management reports. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government authorities, bankers, suppliers, etc.
