Strong project management and leadership skills. Needs to have a Solid understanding of the following areas: Enterprise Performance Management (using Outlook Soft or Hyperion), Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting, ERP optimization (from a SAP and Oracle point of view), Process Reengineering and Finance Operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker. Comfortable and adept with quantitative analysis (i.e. cost reduction and benchmarking).
