Identify key business segment operating issues and monitor associated execution. Remain current on key activities and strategies in the business segment. Monitor progress against business plans and strategies in order to pinpoint key activities and performance variances. May develop and implement risk financing, claim management and loss prevention policy that is focused primarily on the operational risks of the Corporation and its operating business segments. May serve as officer-in-charge for risk financing, risk assumption, loss prevention, and claim settlement decisions.
