The Manager of Financial Reporting will oversee and coordinate the activities to ensure compliance with the Company's external reporting requirements and Sarbanes/Oxley. Responsibilities also include technical research and the preparation and review of internal reports and analysis. The position requires contact with all areas within the Company. Preparation of internal and external financial statements and various reporting packages, including consolidations and managing month-end close process.
