We are seeking an associate with 3-7 years general corporate experience to join a large and fast-growing transactional practice that includes M&A, private equity, securities offerings and venture capital transactions as well as general corporate representation of private and public companies. Candidates need not have experience in all these areas, but should have strong drafting skills and significant transactional experience, and be willing to work hard and excel. Candidates will be given a significant opportunity to step in and take a very important role running transactions.
