The primary responsibility is to lead the North American Tax Department for a 20+ plant operation. Oversee the preparation of tax provision data in conformity with the provisions of FAS 109 and analysis of Return of Provision variances. Supervise the preparation of state and local income tax returns for all solely owned, joint venture and affiliated companies. This includes the quarterly estimated income tax payments.
