We are looking for a Group CFO to work out of the Company's operating headquarters in Chicago. The Group CFO will perform both the parent company and the local subsidiary's financial accounting, forecasting, risk management oversight, treasury, tax, and both US GAAP and UK AIM regulatory compliance tasks. The successful candidate will have direct line control of U.S. subsidiary's Finance/ Accounting Department.
