To conduct the internal audits of the company's US divisions. To issue internal audit reports on the audit of each entity after discussions with the respective managements (usually the CEO & CFO) on: a) matters arising out of the audit that require attention; b) recommendations for improvement in control; and c) management response either agreeing or disagreeing with the recommendations and a timeline for completion.
