Influences the IT Audit Vice President in setting the strategy and managing audit assignments within assigned area of responsibility. Manages IT or Operational audits in all business sectors to identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend alternative procedures to strengthen them.This process provides the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and the Audit Committee with an evaluation of the adequacy of the company's internal controls.
