Develop and manage company-wide internal audit program, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Section 404 (SOX), compliance and operational audits. Manager and mentor Audit Staff. Coordinate, supervise, and conduct audit assignments, reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of department operations, the adequacy of internal controls, and verifying compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
