The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for planning and conducting financial and operational audits of functions, departments and operations at the company locations worldwide. The purpose of the audits are to provide reasonable assurance to management, the Board of Directors and shareholders that financial and operational controls are adequate and effective; financial reports are in compliance with corporate policies and accounting principles; and standards of business conduct are observed.
