Ensures the completion of the tax returns and estimated tax payments for the LNG and SP&S business units (forms 1120, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118). Provides the tax inputs for the financial plans for the LNG and SP&S business units. Identifies, quantifies and communicates tax planning strategies, including researching and developing the most tax efficient action plan and/or ownership structure.
