We are currently seeking a Tax Director to be direct all tax functions of the corporation and its affiliates. This includes all tax planning, research and compliance for the corporation, both domestic and international, in an effort to minimize the tax burden of the company. Monitor international treasury functions to ensure that the movement of significant amounts of cash is done in the most tax effective manner.
