Manages international tax compliance and planning for a multinational group of companies under common ownership. Responsible for determining tax consequences of the company's actions and for recommending strategies and policies for reporting facts and minimizing the tax burden. Approves methods to lessen tax liability through the use of laws and regulations. Manages and actively participates in the international tax compliance process. Works closely with outside auditors and tax counsel.
