Job Description:
Negotiates cost and price based proposals within the business goals and documents the substance of discussions, agreements and results. Acts as the primary interface with customer (US Government or higher-tier contractor) in fact-finding, audits, and formal contract negotiation. Assures compliance with applicable federal regulations and internal policies and procedures.Prepares and submits cost or pricing data required for disclosure to the customer in accordance with applicable federal regulations including Truth In Negotiation Act.
