Responsibilities include supporting the Americas and Europe Loans businesses through active interaction with both Internal and External Global Loans Clients. Gather, refine and document user requests and requirements, working with Americas and Europe Loans Management for prioritization of requests, working with MIS Project Manager in planning and tracking of tasks, developing Loan IQ SQL queries for extracting information from databases, working with MIS Development team in preparing MIS for production, participate in regular client update meetings.
