The Consultant will possess an extensive knowledge of business principles and practices of financial institutions (top 100 banks) with a strong interest to continually develop their skills and knowledge. This knowledge will need to extend to an understanding of the industry conditions and external economic factors that drive the business. This knowledge may extend to multiple disciplines within the company or be focused in one Practice. In addition to industry expertise, the Consultant will be able to assume leadership responsibilities, to be a proactive problem solver.
