Preparation and review of 10-K and 10-Q filings. This includes ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements and coordination with external auditors. Analyze and review new accounting pronouncements. Evaluate the impact to the Company and present results to management. Prepare and maintain the Company's accounting policy documentation.
