Evaluate in house testing capabilities and set up required training. Coordinate IT testing. Schedule and assign all testing for the year, coordinating with PWC to prevent overlap. Monitor all documents and related document controls. Review all work papers (on site as required). Coordinate all required remediation. Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls. Ensure the Company's assets are safeguarded and corporate policies and procedures are followed. Maintain, update and improve software to track all Sarbanes documentation, work papers and related schedules.
