Identify and analyze key business drivers and provide management with timely analysis and recommendations to make strategic and tactical business decisions. Participate extensively in the annual budgeting process, including preparation of corporate and regional budget targets and roll-out to the field. Perform monthly and quarterly detailed financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting of the financial performance of the company and business units, including the preparation and distribution of Flash Reports to senior management and regional operating units.
