Manages all Holdings - Tax Accounting and Reporting matters. Has primary responsibility for all Holdings - Tax Accounting and Reporting requirements of all controlled corporate entities including preparation of monthly accounting entries, reconciliation's and supporting documents, preparation and review of all tax related financial statement disclosures and footnotes, maintenance of reconciliation's of all tax accounts, compliance with and maintenance of all related accounting internal controls and maintenance of tax accounting related databases.
