Review RFPs for insurance, bonding, and indemnification requirements. Coordinate insurance certificates for proposal submission. Coordinate the obtaining of bid bonds, performance bonds and retention bonds. Perform annual review of insurance coverage for adequacy of coverage, exclusions and pricing. Make recommendations concerning insurance claims to management. Coordinate the claims reporting process. Monitor claims and recommend actions to minimize claims. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
