Lead annual budget coordination, preparation and consolidation. Provide corporate forecasts and update analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow on an ongoing basis. Prepare Monthly Financial Letter. Construct earning release and participate in conference call facilitated by the CFO. Maintain Corporate Strategic Models on acquisitions, share buy-backs, dividend increases, business assumption changes, etc. Provide financial support to investor relations. Participate in Acquisition and Divestiture support on a selected basis.
