Manage all External Reporting tasks, including: Reviewing and drafting SEC and other regulatory filings Interfacing with external auditors, Investor Relations & other groups Acting as the SOX lead for the External Reporting function Manage the Technical Accounting function, including: Supporting External Reporting, Corporate Finance, sites and management with technical accounting needs Performing accounting research of technical accounting issues including purchase price accounting, impairment reviews and analysis, revenue recognition, FAS123-R etc.
