You will draw on your market experience to focus on a broad range of real estate investment banking transactions across the Korean market. Your role will be diverse and varied from initiation through credit approval, project managing the risk to settlement. In addition you will be involved in the structuring and execution of real estate investment trusts. More broadly, you will lead and manage the coordination of due diligence aspects and lead negotiations and commercial analysis of potential investments.
