Lead and execute process enhancements over the Company's Sarbanes Oxley compliance methodology. Coordinate and support implement of the Company's Sarbanes Oxley framework and methodology to local business units. Leverage supporting tools (e.g. Oracle Internal Controls Manager, LogicalApps) utilized in managements internal control evaluations. Conduct Sarbanes Oxley related training to local management. Ensure the timely resolution of internal control matters raised by internal and external audits. Summarize and report compliance results to senior management.
