Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this position will have responsibility for all aspects of external financial reporting. Relevant duties include: SEC reporting: 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, Registration Statements. Coordination with Corporate Counsel on 8-K filings. Ensure Corporate Compliance with SEC, FASB, and other regulatory bodies.
