Accountable for coordination and validation risk management strategies. Support credit & collection practices through development of risk-based collection strategies, including proactive and active collections, termination work program and recovery actions. Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for presentation of operating performance indicators, financial analysis and annual budget and latest estimate verification. Analyze customer, operating and financial data to provide organization management with advice and recommendations with regard to risk, opportunities and forecast of results with regards to uncollectible accounts (UA) expense. Support Regulatory and Financial Planning efforts with regard to estimation of risk due to changing regulatory revenue requirements.
